1) Factory Manager ( Johor - Masai )
  Responsibilities:
  To plan, organise and manage the overall factory’s operational activities which includes manufacturing, engineering, quality & productivity.
  To be responsible for the process improvement and enhancement of the production department.
  To Lead, coach and motivate subordinates in their skill / knowledge development to contribute effectively towards the achievement of the company's objectives and growth.
  To allocate and ensure optimization of available resources such as materials, equipment, facilities and personnel to maintain cost effectiveness
  To maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
     
 
   
  Requirements:
  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  Preferred skill(s): ISO 9001:2000.
  Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
  At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  Applicants must be willing to work in Masai.
  Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  Preferably Managers specializing in
  Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Full-Time positions available.
2) Quality Assurance Executive ( Johor - Masai )
  Responsibilities:
  Direct and co-ordinate day to day QA incoming, in-process and outgoing activities.
  Define part approval requirements for subcontractors, suppliers and internal parties.
  Handling internal & external customer complaints and summarize monthly complaint.
  Resolve quality discrepancies and participate in quality improvement activities.
  Follow-up corrective action on Corrective & Preventive Action Report.
  Review and monitor Production Output & Wastage Report.
Good knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2000.
     
   
  Requirements:
  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  Required language(s): Chinese, English
  At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  Applicants must be willing to work in Masai.
3) Purchase Executive ( Johor - Masai )
  Responsibilities:
  Issue PO based on the forecast and lead time and ensure parts are being purchase from the approved suppliers.
  To resolve all material shortage issue and material coordination to ensure that smooth production and production plan.
  Liaise with store, QC, production planner and superintendents
  to ensure smooth flow of materials.
     
   
  Requirements:
  Candidate must possess at least a SPM certificate.
  Required language(s): Chinese, English
  At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
