Introduction

Nova Ace is the manufacturing arm of Ginmit Group of Companies – a group of companies with over 27 year of experience in the supply of furniture hardware & accessories. We are strategically located in Southern Malaysia, with a total factory layout of 60.000 square feet.

We offer a one-stop source for tool design and fabrication, engineered zinc alloy die casting, together with value-added secondary operations and complete with product finishing. Bu incorporating the production processes in one facility, we are able to ensure controlled production process at all levels, in the terms of term of time and effort. Ultimately, all these translates into lower total cost for our customers. We view our customers as our partner and regards this as a vital element in our development.

IN HOUSE PRODUCTION
MOULD DESIGN & MANUFACTURE
Striving for the ultimate fine pitch
Equipped with an array of machine found in most modern tooling workshop, we specialize in the design and production of plastic injection and extrusion moulds and zinc alloy die casting toolings, in-house design and fabrication of tooling, together with in-house engineering services with 3D-modeling the prototyping capabilities, help ensure both quality and the lowest possible costs. We also provide development of insert tooling to reduce our customers’ cost of investment for low casting production items.
DIE CASTING
In pursuit of accuracy
Our hot chamber die-casting machines, classified in terms of Locking Pressure, cover a range form 25 tons to 120 tons. Modern, state of the art die-casting and ancillary equipments allow Nova Ace to cast zinc alloy products weighing from 2-500 grams.
METAL FINISHING
A world of colours
We provide in-house plating and coating on various kinds of base materials, including zincs alloy, brass and tell. Prior to planting coating, every piece of these materials goes through an extensive process of deburring, buffing/vibratory finishing and ultrasonic cleaning. Stringent quality control is enforced at every step ensure conformity to customers’ requirement. Research and development is also conducted to come up with new finishes to meet customers’ special demand.
Secondary process
With a staff of over 120 employees, we provide full secondary operations with assembly, drilling, tapping, sanding and related operations. This service is an essential part of our ability to offer cost effective products and enable us to respond to an expanded variety of needs.
PLASTIC EXTRUSION
Since 1982, Nova Ace has been engaged in the production of custom plastic extrusion. From standard tubing to highly intricate hollow sections, we offer hardness ranging from rigid, soft flexible as well as co-extruded sections, made from PVC or thermoplastic materials. We also provide colour matching, hot stamping as well as drilling, punching and trimming services.
ALUMINIUM FABRICATION
Realizing the fact that the aluminium material play a significant part in various types of industrial materials, we set up our aluminium fabrication department in year 2005. This setup complements our deverse manufacturing & supply chains.
We have the capability to provide aluminium trimming drilling and fabribation services.
