- We do not offer refunds.
- We provide a 7-day exchange policy. If you discover any issues with your purchase within 7 days, you may exchange it for another item of equal value, provided that the original receipt and packaging are presented.
- If an exchange is requested after the 7-day period, a 10% handling fee will be applied.
Condition for Exchange:
- All returned items must be accompanied with original receipt and the original merchandise label tags and packagings.
- Item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition, and unaltered.
- Item(s) must be in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- During the exchange of item(s), if the value of goods exceeds the amount of the original price, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
- If the value of the goods is less than the original price, the difference will not be refunded.
- Value of item(s) will be based on the current value at the time of exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Sale items, opened items, and clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
- Final decision on all exchanges lies with Ginmit Trading Sdn Bhd.
