Product Return Policy

- We do not offer refunds.

- We provide a 7-day exchange policy. If you discover any issues with your purchase within 7 days, you may exchange it for another item of equal value, provided that the original receipt and packaging are presented.

- If an exchange is requested after the 7-day period, a 10% handling fee will be applied.

Condition for Exchange:

  • All returned items must be accompanied with original receipt and the original merchandise label tags and packagings.
  • Item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition, and unaltered.
  • Item(s) must be in its original packaging, including all accessories.
  • During the exchange of item(s), if the value of goods exceeds the amount of the original price, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
  • If the value of the goods is less than the original price, the difference will not be refunded.
  • Value of item(s) will be based on the current value at the time of exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Sale items, opened items, and clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Final decision on all exchanges lies with Ginmit Trading Sdn Bhd.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us or visit any of our showrooms.
  2. Bring the original receipt and the item.
  3. Our team will assess the issue and provide the best possible solution.
