Ginmit Product Warranty Terms & Conditions

Before proceeding with your warranty registration, please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By submitting the warranty registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
Warranty Eligibility
• Warranty registration applies only to Ginmit house brand products, including:
o Alcor System (selected products only)
o Avio (selected products only)
o Infinitz (selected products only)
• Products must be purchased directly from Ginmit or its authorized dealers.
Warranty Coverage
• Warranty coverage and duration vary by product and are subject to the respective brand or manufacturer's warranty policy.
• The warranty is valid from the original date of purchase, as stated on the product warranty list.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
• The following are not covered under warranty:
o Normal wear and tear
o Misuse or abuse
o Improper installation
o Accidental or physical damage
o Negligence or lack of maintenance
o Damage caused by fire, lightning, or natural disasters
o Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Warranty Registration Requirements
• A valid original purchase receipt (hardcopy or softcopy) is required for all warranty claims.
• Claims submitted without valid proof of purchase may be rejected.
Warranty Claim Process
• All warranty claim requests will undergo verification within 7 working days from the date of submission.
• Once your claim is received, a Ginmit salesperson will contact you to follow up on the issue and arrange further action if necessary
• Please ensure that your contact number is entered correctly in the warranty registration so we can reach you.
• Ensure that all submitted invoice or receipt images are clear and readable. Ginmit reserves the right to reject claims with blurry or illegible documentation. You may be required to resubmit a new warranty claim with proper documentation.
• You must provide a clear and complete description of the product issue or defect. Incomplete or vague descriptions may result in processing delays.
• Ginmit reserves the right to verify all submitted information before processing claims.
• Ginmit may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
